Our Pre-Season Maintenance includes:

​Air conditioning:

-Clean and straiten condenser coil/fins
-Inspect and clean evaporator coil and drain pan
-Tighten high and low voltage connections and monitor amperage on motors
-Clean and purge condensate trap and drain line
-Test phase shifters, motor starters, and electrical components
-Check ductwork and airflow
-Check air filter and thermostat
-Verify proper system configuration and dip switch settings
-Monitor refrigerant levels. Measure superheat and subcooling values

 

Heating:

-Clean and inspect gas burners and flame sensor
-Inspect and test igniter and heat exchanger
-Check and adjust gas manifold pressure regulator
-Tighten high and low voltage connections and monitored amperage on motors
-Test capacitors, electrical components and safety switches
-Check ductwork and airflow
-Check air filter and thermostat, verify changeover balance point
-Monitor refrigerant levels
-Test defrost cycle and reversing valve
-Verify proper system configuration and dip switch settings
